The 2024 list, comprising 40 companies, was published on May 6, 2024, across various Arizent brands, including American Banker, National Mortgage News, PaymentsSource, Financial Planning, and Digital Insurance.

Penny Crosman, Executive Editor of Technology at American Banker, noted, “Despite challenges faced by the fintech industry, it remains integral to financial services, offering convenience and innovation to consumers and businesses alike. This year’s list celebrates companies that continue to innovate and foster growth in technology jobs.”

To qualify for consideration, companies must provide technology solutions that facilitate the delivery of financial services, have been operational for at least one year, and employ a minimum of 15 individuals in the U.S. The selection process involved a comprehensive evaluation of workplace policies, practices, demographics, and an employee survey to assess the overall employee experience, culminating in the determination of the top-ranked companies.

Best Companies Group oversaw the registration, survey administration, data analysis, and final ranking to ensure a rigorous and fair assessment process.
