Her expertise spans technical accounting, risk management, compliance, and reporting requirements, including extensive involvement in initial public offerings, debt refinancings, corporate tax strategies, and mergers and acquisitions. She also accumulated 14 years of experience at EY in the Audit and Assurance Practice, where she advised large public and private companies across the government contracting sector.
