Colin Adams Appointed as Partner & Chief Operating Officer
Colin Adams joins Uzzi & Lall as Partner and Chief Operating Officer. Adams, who previously worked at Ducera Partners, brings over 20 years of expertise in restructuring, finance, investment, and legal sectors. His experience spans a wide range of industries, including TMT, healthcare, and industrials.
Adams began his career as a corporate attorney, becoming a partner at Kirkland & Ellis. He then moved to Citadel as a Managing Director, working alongside Keshav Lall and Chris Boas in distressed credit, before transitioning to Morgan Stanley to establish a special situations direct investment business. Over the years, Adams has held senior leadership positions, stabilizing six businesses and serving as an independent director on ten boards.

Chris Boas Appointed as Partner & Head of Europe
Chris Boas has been appointed Partner and Head of Europe, playing a crucial role in the firm’s expansion. Boas has nearly 30 years of experience in the financial markets, advising global family offices on credit, real estate, commodities, and special situations.
Before joining Uzzi & Lall, Boas was the Partner and Global Head of Credit at Citadel, where he shaped and executed the firm’s international credit strategies. His prior role as Managing Director at Morgan Stanley saw him lead the firm’s global credit markets business with a focus on structured credit.
Boas’ appointment strengthens Uzzi & Lall’s European footprint, and his established ties in the region, particularly in the UK, are expected to bolster the firm’s presence. “I’m excited to join Uzzi & Lall and help lead the firm’s European expansion,” said Boas. “It’s a privilege to reunite with Colin and Keshav. Jonathan Wang Appointed as Senior Director
Jonathan Wang joins Uzzi & Lall as Senior Director, bringing over a decade of experience in delivering financial, strategic, and operational advisory services. Wang has worked extensively on business restructurings, special situations, and lender engagements, driving transformative results across various industries.
Before joining Uzzi & Lall, Wang was a Director at a global professional services firm, leading complex advisory engagements and providing strategic guidance on restructuring and turnaround projects. He began his career at Ernst & Young and is an active CPA in New York State.
