TASI® Bank, in partnership with its parent company Bank of Guam®, will join forces to sponsor the 30th Anniversary celebration of the Pacific Islander Festival Association (PIFA), scheduled for Saturday, September 21, and Sunday, September 22, 2024, in San Diego.
“We are deeply committed to supporting and celebrating our Island culture and community,” said Lesley-Anne Leon Guerrero, Chief Experience Officer at Bank of Guam.
To commemorate this milestone, Bank of Guam (www.bankofguam.com) and San Francisco-based TASI Bank (www.tasi.bank) have teamed up with Crowns, a popular apparel brand from Guam, to create a limited-edition commemorative hat. This exclusive item, designed to embody the spirit and heritage of the Pacific Islands, will be available for purchase at the festival.
Proceeds from the sale of the commemorative hat will be donated to PIFA, supporting the organization’s mission to promote and preserve Pacific Islander culture and traditions.
“We are honored to celebrate PIFA’s 30th Anniversary and to partner with TASI Bank and Crowns in supporting such a meaningful cultural event,” added Leon Guerrero. “This collaboration reflects our shared commitment to enriching the communities we serve and preserving the vibrant traditions of the Pacific Islands.”
Alan Gaul, Vice President of Marketing and Brand at TASI Bank, emphasized, “We invite everyone to join us in celebrating 30 years of PIFA and to contribute to a legacy that will continue to inspire future generations.”
The 30th Annual Pacific Islander Festival is free and open to the public. For more information, visit https://pifasandiego.com/.
