Lange joins SRM with over 25 years of experience in consumer deposits and payments product management. She most recently held a senior role at M&T Bank, where she specialized in debit card and ATM products. Her responsibilities included managing vendor relationships, pioneering emerging payment technologies, and formulating strategies for consumer checking growth and deposit liquidity. Throughout her career, she played a key role in 17 successful bank acquisitions and conversions, showcasing her ability to navigate complex transitions seamlessly.
