Member Driven Technologies (MDT), a Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO) that hosts the Symitar core processing system from Jack Henry™, has launched an AI Bootcamp. This 10-week program is designed to help credit union clients develop a generative AI strategy and identify use cases within their organizations.
“The rise of generative AI continues to accelerate technology’s speed and impact. However, many credit unions are already stretched thin, lacking the time and expertise to fully explore, evaluate, and implement this technology,” said Larry Nichols, CEO and President of MDT.
Through the AI Bootcamp, MDT’s experts will conduct weekly meetings with a designated team at the credit union, identifying how AI can align with the institution’s strategic goals, improve operational efficiencies, and enhance member services. The program includes educational resources, sample policies, collaborative brainstorming, and support for developing use cases. MDT will also help credit unions create a proof of concept and provide ROI data, concluding with a board-ready report.
“Generative AI has the potential to transform business operations. Credit unions that don’t begin forming a strategy risk falling behind,” said Tracie Loudermilk, VP of Project Management & Consulting Solutions at MDT. “This program offers credit unions the guidance and support they need to explore the technology, gather information, and take actionable steps.”
MDT’s AI Bootcamp equips credit unions with the tools and knowledge necessary to embrace generative AI, streamlining processes, boosting efficiency, and driving innovation tailored to their specific needs.
