Zander and Biro bring extensive experience serving financial institutions, private equity firms, and institutional lenders in venture debt, private credit, and commercial lending, with a focus on technology, fintech, and life sciences sectors.

Zander’s practice involves advising companies, lenders, and stakeholders in technology, life sciences, and middle-market financing transactions. His experience encompasses commercial leveraged debt financings, venture debt, bridge loans, bankruptcy proceedings, and asset-based lending.
Biro specializes in commercial lending and financing transactions, including asset-based and cash flow credit facilities, venture debt financings, and leveraged acquisitions. He advises clients in the technology, life sciences, and fintech industries, as well as in entertainment financing.

Zander earned his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law and his B.A. from the University of California San Diego. Biro holds a J.D. from the UCLA School of Law and a B.A. from Rutgers University.
