The dividends for the Series A, C, D, K, O, P, T, and V Preferred Stock will be paid on May 10, 2024, to preferred shareholders of record on April 25, 2024. For the Series E and F Preferred Stock, dividends will be paid on June 3, 2024, to preferred shareholders of record on May 19, 2024.
