SolomonEdwards Appoints Bryan Stelly as Partner of Tax Services

SolomonEdwards Names Bryan Stelly Partner of Tax Services

SolomonEdwards, a national professional services firm focused on solving critical business challenges for companies undergoing growth, change or compliance-driven events, today announced the appointment of Bryan Stelly as partner of tax services. The hire reinforces the firm’s commitment to broaden its tax service offerings.

Based in Houston, Texas, Stelly will oversee SolomonEdwards’ tax services group, leading the continued evolution and expansion of the firm’s tax practice. He will focus on refining the tax services operating model and driving growth through clearly defined KPIs and measurable initiatives. He will also align tax services with firmwide objectives and integrate the practice within SolomonEdwards’ broader Office of the CFO (OCFO) and Banking & Financial Services (BFS) capabilities.

Demand for sophisticated tax professionals who understand the regulatory complexities and can help drive strategic transformation continues to grow across industries,” said John Gulnac, chief executive officer at SolomonEdwards. “Bryan’s deep technical expertise and leadership enhance our ability to advance corporate tax solutions and deliver high-impact outcomes for today’s Office of the CFO.

Stelly brings more than 20 years of tax services experience across a range of industries. Most recently, he served as director of federal tax advisory at Kroll, where he led the firm’s federal tax advisory services. He will pair his deep technical expertise with his leadership capabilities to ensure client and team satisfaction. His extensive experience advising multinational corporations positions him to guide the next phase of SolomonEdwards’ tax practice during a pivotal period of growth.

SolomonEdwards is in the midst of transformational growth,” said Stelly. “The firm’s commitment to strategic scale and to aligning tax services with broader business objectives strongly reflects how I approach serving clients.

Stelly holds a bachelor of business administration degree in accounting from Baylor University and serves on the board of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). His appointment follows a series of recent leadership additions at SolomonEdwards, including Michelle Chen as managing partner of the firm’s Professional Search practice.

With a client-first approach, top-tier professionals and adaptable delivery models, SolomonEdwards turns complexity into clarity, data into decisions and challenges into opportunities.
