Verbitsky joins Raine from Tripledot Studios, a top mobile gaming company, where he led corporate development and strategy. Tripledot, a portfolio company of Raine Partners, was named Europe’s Fastest Growing Company 2023 by the Financial Times. His background includes extensive experience in strategic consulting and investment banking, having worked at McKinsey & Company and Goldman Sachs on high-profile mergers and acquisitions, financing, and strategy projects. He also has expertise in scaling high-growth companies, having previously served as regional CFO at WeWork EMEA.
