PennyMac Financial Services, Inc. (NYSE: PFSI) announced the appointment of technology and financial services expert Sunil Chandra to its Board of Directors, while long-serving board members James Hunt and Emily Youssouf will retire effective December 31, 2024.
Chairman and CEO David Spector expressed his gratitude to Hunt and Youssouf, noting their over 10 years of dedicated service. “Their invaluable guidance and expertise helped shape Pennymac’s growth into a leading mortgage company. We thank them and congratulate them on their upcoming retirements.”
Spector also welcomed Sunil Chandra, highlighting his extensive leadership in technology, financial services, and global operations. “Sunil’s innovative approach and experience will bring a fresh perspective to our Board, and we look forward to his contributions.”
Chandra, Founder and CEO of climate fintech company Dyme.Earth, has a distinguished career that includes leadership roles at OakNorth, Google, Barclays Capital, and McKinsey & Co. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Wollongong and an MBA in Technology Management from APESMA, Sydney.
