Rajic will act as a crucial advisor to Chargebacks911 and its CEO, Monica Eaton, supporting the company’s ambitious expansion efforts in the APAC region. APAC, which represents 64% of global e-commerce spending—three times that of North America and five times that of Europe—loses around 5% of revenue annually to payment fraud. This year, online payment fraud losses in the region are projected to exceed £200 billion.
Since its entry into the APAC market in 2017, Chargebacks911 has developed a deep understanding of local challenges and opportunities. Rajic will leverage his regional expertise to enhance the company’s go-to-market strategy, drive diversification, and build a high-performing local team. His appointment follows other strategic additions to the team over the past year, including Guy Harris as Chair and Roger Alexander as Advisor and Board Member.
