Gregory Gaare brings over three decades of risk management expertise from positions at Flagstar Bank, N.A., Barclays Bank PLC, and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. With a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from New York University, Gaare will lead the bank’s risk management initiatives.
Theodore Andreades, a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) with 37 years of experience, joins as the BSA/AML Officer. His previous roles include contributions at New York Community Bank (NYCB) and J.P. Morgan Chase, bringing deep expertise in AML, BSA, and compliance.
John McCaffery, with over four decades of finance experience, will serve as Treasurer. His background includes senior finance roles at Dime Community Bancorp and Capital One N.A. McCaffery holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BA) from Hofstra University.
