Lane Four Capital Partners, LLC (L4CP), an independent debt capital markets advisory firm, was established on August 1, 2024, by private credit investors Rob Chuchla and Robert Buckwalter. L4CP acts as an outsourced director of capital markets for its clients, primarily assisting middle-market private equity firms in managing the entire debt financing lifecycle through long-term partnerships.
“Our dedicated coverage under long-term agreements with our clients ensures full alignment with private equity firms needing debt capital markets expertise,” said Co-Founder and Partner, Robert Buckwalter.
The L4CP team brings together nearly 25 years of combined experience in private credit, with a strong background in evaluating, underwriting, executing, managing, and advising on private credit opportunities.
“Our platform is differentiated—as former private credit practitioners, we provide comprehensive credit advisory and support throughout the entire debt lifecycle, from initial financing to amendments, upsizes, refinancings, and exit staple financings,” said Rob Chuchla, Co-Founder and Partner of L4CP. “We’ve already seen early success in delivering value to our clients at every stage of the debt cycle.”
