JSB Financial Inc. (OTC Pink: JFWV), the parent company of Jefferson Security Bank, has announced the promotion of Dustin T. Branner to Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer. In this pivotal role, Branner will leverage his extensive expertise and leadership skills to enhance the bank’s lending services and drive growth, while continuing to deliver exceptional financial solutions to clients.

With over two decades of experience in commercial lending, financial advising, and management, Branner has been an invaluable member of the Jefferson Security Bank team for nearly 16 years. After joining the bank as a Commercial Lender in 2005, Branner briefly left in 2013 to pursue other opportunities but returned in 2017 as Senior Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer.

Professional Journey
Throughout his career, Branner has held a variety of roles, including Commercial Banker, Relationship Manager, Licensed Financial Advisor, and Engineering Work Center Supervisor. His extensive qualifications include a Bachelor of Finance degree from the University of Maryland UC, as well as education at Eastern Mennonite University and Hesston College.
Branner has also completed numerous professional programs, including:

- RMA-ECU Commercial Real Estate and Lending Schools
He has held FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, and 65 Securities Licenses, further showcasing his dedication to financial excellence.
Military Service
Before his banking career, Branner served in the United States Navy from 1995 to 1999. After excelling in engineering school as the Honor Graduate, he was stationed aboard the USS New Orleans (LPH 11) and later became part of the Pre-Commissioning Unit of the USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD 6). During his service, he participated in significant operations, including Operation Tandem Thrust ’97 in Australia. Branner was honorably discharged after four years, leaving the Navy with a foundation of discipline and leadership that continues to guide his career.
