This certification highlights the commitment of top technology providers to meet high consumer expectations in banking mobile apps. To qualify, providers must exceed industry benchmarks across 146 best practices in mobile app development, design, and functionality, as well as achieve high customer satisfaction ratings.

Certified brands can market their achievement for 12 months, including using a J.D. Power Mobile App Platform Certification—Banking trophy, online marketing materials, and in-store displays. They will also be listed on jdpower.com for consumer reference.
