Co-founder and former CEO, James Truhe, will continue to serve on the Board of Directors, collaborating with the leadership team as the company embarks on its next phase of growth. Mr. Olibah, a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience, is recognized for driving innovation, growth, and transformation in both public and private sectors. His extensive leadership background includes developing cutting-edge technical solutions and delivering exceptional results. As President and CEO, Mr. Olibah will lead strategic initiatives and oversee the delivery of business management software and custom software development to federal government clients in defense, national security, intelligence, space, and civilian sectors.

Before joining IDS, Olibah served as CEO and President of Hexagon US Federal, where he led a successful operational and financial turnaround of the defense contractor. He also previously held executive roles at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he played a key role in driving the growth of the company’s information technology and cybersecurity business. Olibah holds a degree from George Mason University and serves on its Cyber Security Engineering Industry Advisory Board.
