Evercore (NYSE: EVR) announced the appointment of Eric Neveux and Graham Nix as Senior Managing Directors within its Financial Institutions Group. Based in Chicago and New York, respectively, their hiring reflects Evercore’s continued investment in expanding its financial institutions advisory business.

Eric Neveux joins from Goldman Sachs, where he served as a partner, Head of Banks and Specialty Finance for the Americas, and Co-Head of Investment Banking for the Midwest region. With over 20 years of experience, he has advised on numerous strategic initiatives for banks and specialty finance companies. Neveux began his career at Goldman Sachs in 2001 as an analyst. He holds a B.S. in Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.

Graham Nix arrives from Morgan Stanley, where he was a Managing Director in the Financial Institutions Group. Nix brings nearly 20 years of experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and balance sheet solutions for financial companies. He previously held roles at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Nix earned his B.S. in Accounting and Business Administration from Washington & Lee University.
