Joe Proctor brings with him over 25 years of experience in the banking sector, with a strong track record in senior roles at some of the world’s most respected financial institutions. Prior to joining Credit Benchmark, Proctor held key leadership positions including Managing Director of Wholesale Credit Risk at HSBC and Chief Credit Officer at Goldman Sachs International Bank. Additionally, he served as Credit Ratings Advisor for Goldman Sachs across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, where he honed his expertise in managing large-scale credit portfolios and mitigating risk.
Proctor’s wealth of experience and leadership across multiple financial institutions positions him uniquely to drive Credit Benchmark’s strategic initiatives in the banking space.
