Based in New York, Mr. More is a renowned expert in cybersecurity and risk, bringing a wealth of experience to the firm. His addition marks the fifth Managing Director to join Cascadia’s expanding New York office, further strengthening its mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and capital advisory services.

With over 25 years of experience, Mr. More has built a distinguished career providing M&A and capital raising advisory services to private equity investors, founders, and management teams globally. His focus on cybersecurity and risk aligns with Cascadia’s mission to offer high-impact advisory services tailored to the technology and software sectors.

Prior to joining Cascadia, Don More served as Managing Director at Lincoln International, where he played a key role in the Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) Group, particularly in the cybersecurity and risk practice. He has also held senior positions leading the cybersecurity banking practices at JMP Securities (now Citizens Bank) and Signal Hill (now DC Advisory).
Mr. More holds a BA from Yale University and a JD from Columbia University Law School.
