BlackRock’s closed-end funds (the “Funds”) listed below have announced the expiration and preliminary results of their recent tender offers (each referred to as a “Tender Offer”), which targeted up to 2.5% of their outstanding common shares (“Shares”).
The Tender Offers commenced on October 15, 2024, and concluded at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on November 15, 2024.

According to preliminary data, the number of Shares properly tendered and not withdrawn for each Fund is detailed in the table below. Since each Fund’s Tender Offer was oversubscribed, the number of Shares purchased from each shareholder is expected to be prorated based on the total number of Shares properly tendered. The purchase price for accepted Shares will be set at 98% of the Fund’s net asset value (NAV) as of the close of regular trading on the New York Stock Exchange on November 18, 2024, the business day following the Tender Offer’s expiration.
These preliminary results are subject to further adjustments and are not considered final. The Funds anticipate announcing the final results of their Tender Offers, including the applicable pro-ration factor, on or around November 18, 2024.
