Banner Bank Appoints Borrecco as Chief Banking Officer, Expanding Leadership Team

Banner Bank has expanded its executive leadership team by appointing Mark Borrecco as Chief Banking Officer. In this role, Borrecco will oversee the Bank’s key business sectors, including commercial, commercial real estate, community banking, and mortgage operations. He will be responsible for driving initiatives aimed at enhancing the client experience while fostering growth and profitability across all divisions.

With over 25 years of banking experience in the Western U.S., Borrecco most recently served as California president of a large regional bank. His previous roles include president, CEO, chief banking officer, and national sales manager at regional and community banks. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from California State University and has served on the boards of the Pacific Coast Banking School and the Greater Sacramento Economic Council, where he chaired the Food and Ag Innovation Committee.
