Ant International Partners with Brazil to Boost Financial Inclusion with Credit Tech

Ant International, a leader in digital payments and financial technology, announced a strategic initiative to bring AI-driven credit technology solutions to Brazil. This effort aims to empower local partners and advance financial inclusion in the region.

As a key step, Ant International has partnered with Dock, a leading payments and banking technology provider in Latin America. This collaboration will enhance Dock’s credit management capabilities and infrastructure efficiency for its clients, including financial institutions, retailers, and fintech startups. The goal is to make credit services more accessible to underserved segments, such as micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs).

In the initial phase, Ant International’s AI-driven credit tech solutions, including an automated risk management engine, will be integrated into Dock’s platform, Dock One. This will strengthen Dock’s credit operations and infrastructure, enabling clients to optimize credit decisions, increase efficiency, and reduce costs. The partnership will also refine risk models and credit policies, leading to more accurate credit assessments and expanding service reach. This will open new growth opportunities and support broader economic development in the region.

While Brazil has made strides in financial inclusion, there is still room to support MSMEs and financially constrained groups. Brazil is actively promoting digital transformation and innovation in financial services to enhance accessibility.

Since 2022, Dock has been advocating for a new credit paradigm tailored to Brazil’s unique needs. By combining Ant International’s advanced credit tech with Dock’s operational expertise, the partnership will elevate the services Dock offers, helping local institutions strengthen credit operations and optimize infrastructure.

Antonio Soares, CEO of Dock, emphasized the significance of this partnership, stating, “Ant International is the partner we needed to achieve our financial inclusion goals. We seek partners with the most advanced technologies to integrate into our Dock One platform, making credit more accessible.”

Quan Yu, General Manager of Global Credit Tech at Ant International, added, “Brazil is at the forefront of financial innovation and inclusion, and we are excited to collaborate with Dock in this dynamic market.
