NEW YORK, NY – April 5, 2023 – On March 5, 2021, the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) announced that major USD LIBOR tenors (including 3-month) would be discontinued or cease to be representative immediately after June 30, 2023. The Index Committee for the GS Momentum Builder Multi-Asset 5 ER Index (current Bloomberg symbol: “GSMBMA5 Index”)(the “index”) is providing notice that, effective July 3, 2023, the index methodology for the index will be amended to replace 3-month USD LIBOR with the Secured Overnight Financing Rate (SOFR) plus 0.26161% as the notional interest rate.
