Advance Partners, a Paychex company specializing in payroll funding and comprehensive back-office solutions for staffing firms, has announced the appointment of Kendra Cato as its new Director of Strategic Partnerships. In this newly created role, Cato will leverage her nearly 20 years of experience in strategic planning, sales, marketing, and research to forge and formalize partnerships that drive business growth and client success.
Cato, a prominent keynote speaker and thought leader in the staffing industry, will collaborate closely with Advance Partners’ leadership team, including Jeremy Bilsky, Senior Director and General Manager, and Mike Brew, Director of Revenue and Customer Operations. She will also work with the company’s experienced sales team. Over the past decade, Cato has been deeply involved in the staffing industry as a marketer, speaker, author, and founding member of Women of Color in Staffing.
