
Sean Yajnik Appointed Head of Digital Infrastructure Advisory – Americas at Macquarie Capital
Macquarie Capital, the advisory, capital markets, and principal investment arm of Macquarie Group, has named Sean Yajnik as Head of Digital Infrastructure Advisory – Americas. In this role, Mr. Yajnik will lead the firm’s growing digital infrastructure advisory efforts across the Americas, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and debt advisory for both corporate and financial sponsor clients.
Reporting to Rob Valentine, Head of Infrastructure Advisory – Americas, Mr. Yajnik brings nearly 20 years of experience in the digital infrastructure space. His background spans data centers, consumer broadband, enterprise fiber, and wireless infrastructure. He joins Macquarie Capital from TD Securities, where he focused on digital infrastructure M&A and client coverage in the U.S. His career also includes senior advisory roles at Société Générale and TAP Advisors.
