(OTCQX: OFED) (the “Company”), the holding company for Oconee Federal Savings and Loan Association (“Oconee Federal”), announced net income of $1.13 million, or $0.19 per diluted share, for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, which was more than the net income of $1.01 million, or $0.17 per diluted share, for the quarter ended March 31, 2025.
March 31, 2026 Quarter End Summary:
- Fifty-eight consecutive quarterly dividends of $0.10 per share since the quarter ended December 2011.
- Total assets were $663.1 million, a decrease of 0.76% from $668.2 million at June 30, 2025.

Total dividends paid during the quarter ended March 31, 2026 were $582 thousand. On January 22, 2026, the Board of Directors of the Company declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share of the Company’s common stock payable to stockholders of record as of February 5, 2026, which was paid on February 19, 2026.
