3Wire Partners Establishes Advisory Board to Deepen Strategic Insight Across Aerospace, Defense, and Government Markets
3Wire Partners (“3Wire”), an independent investment and merchant banking firm specializing exclusively in the Aerospace, Defense, and Government (ADG) sectors, has announced the formation of a new Advisory Board designed to strengthen the firm’s strategic capabilities, market intelligence, and long-term value creation for clients and partners. The establishment of the Advisory Board marks a significant milestone in the firm’s continued evolution as a focused advisor and investor operating at the intersection of capital markets, national security, and advanced technology.
The Advisory Board will play an integral role in supporting 3Wire’s core activities, including strategic advisory services, capital formation, and investment evaluation. By drawing on the collective experience of senior leaders with decades of operational, governmental, and investment expertise, the firm aims to enhance the depth and perspective it brings to complex transactions and long-term strategic decisions within the ADG ecosystem.
According to 3Wire, the Advisory Board will provide sector-specific intelligence, operational insight, and access to extensive global networks, enabling the firm to deliver informed, practical, and execution-oriented advice. In an industry defined by long program cycles, regulatory complexity, geopolitical dynamics, and rapid technological change, these perspectives are expected to further differentiate 3Wire’s platform.

A Platform Built on Alignment and Specialized Expertise
Founded with a deliberate focus on Aerospace, Defense, and Government markets, 3Wire has positioned itself as a specialized investment and merchant banking firm that prioritizes alignment between advisors, investors, and operators. Rather than pursuing a broad-based financial services model, the firm concentrates on select subsectors where deep domain knowledge and judgment are essential to success.
Anita Antenucci, Founder and Managing Partner of 3Wire Partners, emphasized that the creation of the Advisory Board reflects the firm’s commitment to disciplined growth and thoughtful execution.
“Our platform is built on alignment, specialization, and real-world judgment,” Antenucci said. “This distinguished group brings a record of execution and deep sector expertise, adding a meaningful dimension to the perspective we deliver to clients, counterparties, and partners.”
She noted that the firm’s clients increasingly require advisors who understand not only capital structures and transaction mechanics, but also the operational realities of defense manufacturing, government procurement, technology integration, and program execution. The Advisory Board is designed to reinforce that understanding across every aspect of 3Wire’s work.
